SHIPPING POLICY:

We gladly offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $100 or more, to all 10 Canadian provinces, but do not ship to the Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ, based on your specific shipping address. We may restrict or refuse shipment to certain addresses, such as warehouses, freight-forwarding services, hotels and cruise-port locations.
*Please be advised, any order placed after 4PM EST will only be processed the next business day, and on Fridays, any order placed after 1PM EST will only be processed the following Monday.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard shipping is available within Canada, and standard orders can be shipped to P.O. Box locations. Standard orders are processed within 24-72 hours, and shipping generally takes 10-14 business days. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for delivery to rural postal codes, and for orders fulfilled through our US warehouse. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Standard orders below $100 will have a shipping fee of $9.99. Any order of $100 or more will have FREE shipping. Please note, this shipping fee is non-refundable. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as the order has been processed to ship, you will receive an email notification that provides all tracking information as well as the shipping carrier.
