Return Policy


We hope your order is exactly what you were wishing for! But in case it is not the fit or style of your dreams, we gladly accept returns, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased with the original tags and tickets still attached, along with original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Large volume orders (over 15 units) cannot be returned. Requests to return merchandise received as a gift must include the gift receipt or original invoice. Purchases are refunded with the original form of payment. Once the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Rekucci will refund an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Large volume orders (over 15 units) cannot be returned.

To return your purchase to Rekucci, you have two simple methods to enter the return:

1.) Click on the "Return Order" link here. You will be prompted to enter your email address as well as the Rekucci order number of your original purchase. Follow the steps prompted, and you will then be emailed the return shipping label.

2.) Log in to your personal Rekucci account at top of web page by clicking on the "Log In" button. You will then be prompted to enter and follow the same return process as above, with the return shipping label emailed to you.

Rekucci is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Rekucci. Rekucci does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
