Form-fitting 3/4 Sleeve Dress with Ruching

I love the style, fabric and fit of my new dress, however, the dress arrived with a white mark (approximately 1” round) on the front of the dress and the stitching at the dart is coming apart. Also, I received, and greatly appreciate my free dress, (as promised due to the delay in shipping) however the free burgundy dress is almost the same colour as the wine dress I originally ordered. I would love to be able to exchange the burgundy dress for a different colour. Thank you very much.
